We’re a U.S.-based financial services company providing daily bookkeeping, financial insights, and tax planning to small and mid-sized businesses across various industries. Our remote team supports clients with precision, professionalism, and responsiveness — and we’re growing fast.

We’re now hiring a Bookkeeping Manager who will oversee day-to-day operations, manage a small team of bookkeepers, and ensure quality and accuracy across all client accounts. This is a long-term role with significant room for growth into a leadership position.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily bookkeeping operations for 15–25 U.S.-based clients

Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of bank, credit card, and merchant accounts

Review financials and finalize books for monthly close

Communicate with bookkeepers, provide training and feedback, and resolve bookkeeping issues

Maintain clean records in QuickBooks Online and Keeper.app

Collaborate with internal team (reviewers, tax, client success) to ensure client satisfaction

Help improve internal systems, SOPs, and task management processes

? Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks Online required)

Strong command of U.S. bookkeeping standards

Experience reviewing and managing a team of bookkeepers

Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

Excellent English (written & spoken) – must communicate professionally with clients and team

Highly organized, efficient, and reliable

Familiarity with Keeper.app and Slack/ ---------- is a bonus

Full-time role (8 hours/day)

Must be able to work U.S. EST time zone

Willing to be monitored via time-tracking software (HiveDesk or equivalent)

Stable internet and quiet working environment required
