JOB OVERVIEW

About This Opportunity
We are seeking a qualified independent contractor to deliver comprehensive data analytics and business intelligence services for a client engagement. The work focuses on data ingestion, modeling, reporting development, and production deployment using the Incorta platform, with additional requirements for predictive analytics and data pipeline development.

Scope of Services

Data Platform Development & Support
- Provide assistance in data ingestion, data modeling, and report development based on identified use cases
- Provide support to ensure the solution is migrated to production environment
- Work with the client team during testing and validation, with issue resolution as part of the testing process
- Provide expert advice related to customer queries on Incorta platform with respect to the development solution (Service Support to enable users to modify reports)
- Assist the client to go live with developed reports

Data Visualization & Communication
- Create interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations to effectively communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders

Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
- Deliver well-defined, transformed, tested, documented, and code-reviewed datasets for analysis
- Build data aggregation pipelines using Python, Boomi, Rivery, and other tools as required by the client
- Implement best practices such as CI/CD for data pipelines and testing frameworks to enhance the reliability of analytics solutions (e.g., through automated data validation checks)
- Diagnose and solve issues with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data mart performance

Documentation & Collaboration
- Maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, transformation logic, and data mart designs
- Collaborate with the client team to ensure that expectations are met throughout the engagement

Predictive Analytics & Modeling
- Develop predictive models to forecast future trends, behaviors, or outcomes based on historical data
- Use statistical techniques such as regression analysis, time series analysis, decision trees, and neural networks to uncover patterns and make accurate business predictions
- Prepare domain-oriented datasets and feature stores for AI and ML, predictive modeling, and other use cases

Required Qualifications

- Database Management & SQL: Strong proficiency in database management tools and SQL for data querying, manipulation, and optimization
- Programming Languages: Expertise in Python and/or Java for data pipeline development and automation
- Business Intelligence Tools: Experience with BI platforms such as Incorta, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data visualization and reporting
- Business Systems Knowledge: Understanding of ERP/MRP/CRM/e-commerce platforms and general business transaction workflows
- Master Data Management (MDM) Tools: Experience with MDM platforms such as Boomi, Rivery, or similar integration tools
- ETL/ELT Processes: Expertise in ETL/ELT processes and data mart design
- Ability to provide consulting and advisory services to technical users
- Experience with production deployment and go-live support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of data governance and documentation standards

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis techniques (regression analysis, time series analysis, decision trees, neural networks)
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data solutions
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for data validation
- Capability to deliver training and knowledge transfer
- Experience with feature store development for AI/ML use cases

Schedule & Availability
- Remote
- Operating Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Client timezone)
- Regional Support Coverage: APAC
- Coordination: You will work with the client's Data Engineering Manager
