Proven experience editing high-retention short-form content
Strong understanding of pacing and viewer psychology

Comfortable taking feedback and iterating fast
Reliable turnaround times

Experience with business or real estate creators
Understanding of Instagram and TikTok retention patterns

About the Role
I’m looking for a short-form editor who understands retention, pacing, and clean visual storytelling.
This is not about flashy effects or over-editing.

It’s about clarity, rhythm, and keeping viewers watching from second one to the last frame.
You’ll be editing reels that feel:
