### Role Summary
We’re a warm, high-quality early learning school in Virginia. We’re hiring a Philippines-based Virtual Assistant to **manage our IntelliKIDS CRM** and **call new leads quickly** to book tours. This role is for someone who is friendly, energetic, organized, and excellent on the phone.
You will be assigned a calling number to contact families and log everything inside IntelliKIDS.
### Primary Objective (what you own)
**Turn new inquiries into scheduled tours by responding fast, following up consistently, and keeping IntelliKIDS perfectly updated.**
### What You’ll Do
* Monitor new leads from website + inbound calls logged into IntelliKIDS
* Call, text, and
* Qualify families (child age, start date, schedule needs) and book tours on our calendar
* Confirm tours and reduce no-shows (reminders + friendly confirmations)
* Maintain clean CRM records: notes, tags, next steps, follow-up dates
* Weekly pipeline report: new leads, contacted, tours booked, tours completed, follow-up backlog
* Coordinate with onsite team for tour handoffs + special situations
### Required Skills & Traits (non-negotiable)
* **Excellent spoken English** (clear, easy-to-understand, pleasant tone)
* **Warm, bubbly, and professional**—you enjoy talking to parents
* Confident caller: you can make **50–100 outbound dials/day** (based on lead volume)
* Strong follow-up habits: you don’t “forget” leads
* Organized and detail-oriented: CRM notes are accurate and complete
* Reliable internet + quiet home setup + headset
* Comfortable working US Eastern hours (or overlap)
### Preferred
* CRM experience (any CRM; IntelliKIDS is a must)
* Prior experience with sales, admissions, appointment setting, or customer support
* Experience working with US clients and time zones
