JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company, and we are currently looking for someone to manage the onboarding and coordination of content creators and brand ambassadors for gifting and/or co-advertising (Meta Ads).

We need someone reactive, organized, and extremely detail-oriented, able to quickly understand instructions and apply them immediately. The goal is to build a clean, structured system, with a high volume of ambassador contacts and clear tracking of conversations and performance.

• You speak English
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and very rigorous
• You understand quickly and implement immediately
• You are autonomous and strictly follow processes
• You can manage multiple conversations at the same time (without losing track)
• You have strong written communication skills (clean, professional messages)
• Experience in e-commerce / customer support / community management is a plus, but not required

???? Main responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage brand ambassadors and content creators for gifting
• Reach out to profiles (DMs / email) and ensure full follow-up until validation
• Organize and centralize information: contact details, status, address, expected content, deadlines, etc.
• Handle collaboration requests: fast replies, follow-ups, validation of terms
• Set up co-advertising (Meta Ads) when needed (e.g. permissions, access, steps to follow)
• Maintain a clean database with maximum information and full history

???? Working hours & organization:

• Minimum 3 hours per day (ideally more)
• Position can evolve into full-time, depending on results and workload
• You must be responsive during working hours (follow-ups + quick replies)
