JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a full-time Assistant Music Producer to work closely with me on daily music productions.

The focus is on:
???? 1:1 song remakes & covers
????? Ableton Live only
???? Using AI as a production tool (not final output)

This is a long-term, full-time position for someone serious about music production, hungry to learn, and capable of delivering accurate, high-quality results.

???? Responsibilities

Work closely with me on daily music productions

Recreate existing songs into near-identical remakes (1:1 reference accuracy)

Use AI for vocals, ideas, or foundations, then rebuild and refine everything in Ableton

Rebuild arrangements, MIDI, sound design, layering, and structure

Improve, fix, and polish tracks until they closely match the reference

Maintain consistency, speed, and professional quality standards

? Requirements

Strong experience with Ableton Live (mandatory)

Proven music production experience (remakes, covers, or original productions)

Solid understanding of arrangement, sound design, and mixing

Experience working with AI music tools (Suno, Kits AI, etc. – advantage)

Available for full-time work

High attention to detail and ability to work from references

Strong work ethic and willingness to improve daily

Work mainly in other DAWs and are not willing to switch to Ableton
