We are a UK-based rubbish removal company serving customers across London.
We are looking for a full-time, home-based Customer Support & Sales Agent to work with our customer support and sales team.

This is a remote, full-time position and requires excellent English, a clear accent, strong communication skills, and solid tech ability.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
Answer customer enquiries (calls/messages) and respond quickly
Collect key details for job booking (postcode, items, access/floors, parking, timing)
Provide quotes using our pricing guidelines
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings (confirm details and next steps)
Follow up missed calls and open leads

You will go far if you are:
A fast learner
Proactive about turning customer enquiries into confirmed job bookings
A clear, confident communicator (spoken and written)
Calm and professional under pressure
A self-starter who can work independently and stay consistent

Requirements:
2–3 years call center experience (sales/booking /closing experience preferred)
Strong spoken + written English and professional phone manner
Confident handling objections and closing bookings
Organized, consistent, and reliable (attendance matters)
Stable internet + headset + quiet work environment

Nice to have: experience in home services (removals, cleaning, moving, handyman, etc.) or UK customer calling.

Working Hours: (UK Time Zone)
10 working hours per day, 6 days per week
This is a night shift in the Philippines

Training:
If accepted, you will receive training and guidelines for handling calls, quoting, and booking jobs.
