The Role We are looking for a skilled Remote Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our Lead Designer to help increase our team’s total output of professional branding materials. Your primary responsibility is to produce a wide range of consistent assets, ensuring our brand remains professional across all digital and physical platforms.
While you will follow our established brand guidelines, we want a designer who can also add their own creative ideas and solutions to make our brand message more effective. Because this is a remote position, strong time management and self-discipline are essential. You will be required to work within a fast-paced environment and use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to ensure that all technical product codes and specifications are perfectly placed within your designs.
What You Will Do
• Create social media campaign tiles, reels, and short video clips.
• Design and update physical product packaging, ensuring a strong understanding of visual hierarchy and the ability to represent a product’s features through clear, impactful design.
• Maintain and update sales sheets and product spec sheets using Adobe InDesign.
• Interpret technical data from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and implement that information into designs accurately.
• Collaborate with the design team using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for scheduling and tracking project milestones to ensure all deadlines are met.
What You Need
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong video editing and photo post-production skills.
• The ability to translate a product's physical attributes into a compelling visual design language on retail packaging.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to accurately interpret technical data and follow the team's project schedules.
• A high level of attention to detail, especially when handling technical product specifications.
• The ability to work independently while remaining highly organized to meet consistent production goals.
Work Culture & Expectations
We are looking for a designer who takes pride in accuracy, enjoys working on a variety of different projects, and can deliver high-quality work on a tight schedule. We use the Adobe suite as our main tool, but we are open to you using other software if it helps you produce high-quality results more efficiently. While you can use any personal method to manage your workflow, you must be able to use the Microsoft Excel spreadsheets provided by the design team for all scheduling and data requirements.
