The Role
Every visitor we acquire costs money. Your job is to extract maximum value from each one—across the entire funnel.
This isn't a "tweak the headline and call it a day" role. You'll own optimization from the ---------- nt someone clicks an ad to the ---------- nt they complete their final upsell purchase.
The funnel you'll own:
Advertorials - Pre-sell pages that warm up traffic
Sales Pages - Core offer pages that convert browsers to buyers
Upsell Sequences - Post-purchase flows that maximize AOV
We're doing millions in revenue. A 10% lift at any stage compounds across the entire funnel. If you can systematically improve each step, you'll be one of the most valuable people in the company.

What You'll Do
Own full-funnel conversion optimization across all brand sites
Build complete upsell sequences from scratch - not just optimize existing ones
Analyze user behavior data to identify friction and drop-off points
Develop and prioritize testing roadmap based on revenue impact
Design and run A/B tests (advertorials, sales pages, checkout, upsells)
Analyze test results and document learnings
Collaborate with designers and developers on implementation
Monitor funnel performance and identify issues before they impact revenue
Build dashboards to track conversion metrics at every stage

What We're Looking For
2+ years of CRO experience in e-commerce
Proven experience building upsell sequences from scratch (this is non-negotiable)
Experience optimizing advertorials and long-form sales pages
Strong analytics skills (Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps, session recordings)
Understanding of statistical significance and experiment design
Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Ability to write clear test hypotheses and document results
Bonus Points:
Experience with high-traffic sites (100K+ monthly visitors)
Background in direct response copywriting
Experience with post-purchase upsell tools (CartHook, ReConvert, etc.)
You've delivered measurable AOV lifts through upsell optimization (and can prove it)

Compensation & Benefits
???? Monthly Salary: $1,500 - $2,000/month
