Looking for a full-time digital marketing role with stable hours, ongoing client work, and a long-term position?

You’ll manage accounts for regulated healthcare providers, including local clinics and professional practices.

This role is ideal for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager who is looking for: Employment stability with a long-term agency (not a startup)

*Fixed Philippines-friendly hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm Manila time - currently 6am - 2pm due to Australia’s Daylight Saving time)
*Attractive, marketing-based pay 70,000PHP - 120,000PHP per month
*10 paid leave days per year
*Additional paid time off over Christmas and New Year (for example, this year from 24 December to 6 January).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*Client & Campaign Management
*Manage digital marketing projects for Australian clients
*Oversee Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and related marketing initiatives
*Act as the key liaison between clients and internal specialists, including by phone and sms
*Campaign Monitoring
*Monitor advertising campaigns weekly (Google and Facebook) with paid media specialists
*Work closely with advertising specialists to identify issues and opportunities
*Ensure campaigns remain optimised and aligned with client goals
*Reporting & Performance Review
*Review reports prepared by the SEO and Advertising teams
*Ensure reports are logical, accurate, and easy to understand
*Communicate performance insights clearly to clients via written updates and/or video meetings
*Campaign Improvement & Strategic Input
*Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance
*Review competitors and market positioning
*Recommend website or landing page improvements
*Suggest creative changes to ad copy, visuals, offers, and messaging

Required Experience
*Previous experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager (required)
*Basic hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads preferred
*Understanding of SEO fundamentals
*Experience in healthcare marketing (e.g. dental, allied health, or other professional practices) is highly preferred.
*Experience working with Australian clients is a strong advantage
*Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
