Job Title: Real Estate Media Virtual Assistant — QC, Delivery, Client Communication & Social Media

Location: Remote
Type: Ongoing Contract (Part?time to Start, Potential to Grow)
Rate: $3-4/hour (with opportunity for promotion based on performance)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to help ensure media is delivered flawlessly, clients are supported professionally, and our social channels stay active and polished.

Role Overview

You will be an important part of our operations and client experience process. Your responsibilities will include:

? Quality Control (QC) of Media

Review real estate photos, videos, floor plans, and other deliverables before they go to clients.

Ensure all files meet established quality standards and client expectations.

Identify issues like alignment, color correction, missing assets, duplicate shots, and export errors.

? Delivery & Upload Workflow

Package and upload final deliverables to client portals using Dropbox.

Ensure naming conventions, folder structure, and delivery checklists are followed.

Confirm delivery success and flag problems immediately.

? Client Communication

Respond professionally to client messages via email, text, CRM, or platform messaging.

Share shoot confirmations, delivery notices, revisions, and scheduling updates.

Proactively follow up on feedback, revisions, or missing information.

? Social Media & Brand Support

Help manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

Schedule posts based on content calendars and branding guidelines.

Write captions, add hashtags, and optimize posts for engagement.

Occasionally create simple graphics, repost client features, and track analytics.

This role involves catching small errors and ensuring every delivery is perfect. If you’re not naturally meticulous, this is not the job for you. We don’t just value attention to detail — we rely on it completely. Without it, even the best communication or tech skills won't cut it.

We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner, diligent note-taker, and a curious question asker. You must be able to absorb feedback, implement instructions, and correct course quickly when needed. Being a great student of the job is essential to your success here.

Requirements

? Excellent written and verbal English communication, preferably with a neutral or minimal accent
? Outstanding attention to detail — this is the most important trait
? Fast learner and strong problem solver
? Experience with real estate media delivery workflows
? Familiar with photo/video file types and Dropbox
? Familiar with Adobe products and access to Photoshop or Lightroom
? Professional, friendly client communication skills
? Experience with social media management tools (Later, Buffer, Canva, etc.)
? Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines

Bonus:

Experience working in a real estate media or photography business

Familiarity with a CRM (ideally GoHighLevel or similar)

Basic photo/video editing knowledge

Located in EST time zone
