About the Role

Vizy Marketing is looking for a GoHighLevel power user who can fully build, customize, and optimize high-converting automation systems for both our internal operations and our clients.

You’ll be responsible for turning GHL into a revenue engine — handling everything from CRM setup to AI voice automations, automated booking flows, SMS campaigns, and missed-call text-back systems.

This role is perfect for someone who understands what businesses actually want from GHL, not just the features.

???? Core Responsibilities

Build and manage end-to-end GoHighLevel automations

Set up SMS, email, ringless voicemail, and call workflows

Create missed-call text back & inbound lead routing

Implement AI voice automations & conversational flows

Configure automated appointment booking & calendars

Build pipelines, triggers, tags, and custom fields

Create client-ready snapshots we can reuse & sell

Optimize funnels, forms, surveys, and booking pages

Integrate GHL with third-party tools (Zapier, Stripe, Calendars, etc.)

Troubleshoot and optimize automations for speed, deliverability & conversion

Document systems so they’re scalable and repeatable

? Must-Have Experience

Proven GoHighLevel experience (non-negotiable)

Deep understanding of:

Triggers & workflows

SMS & email deliverability

Pipelines & CRM structure

Calendar + booking logic

AI voice / call automation

Experience setting up agency-level GHL accounts

Ability to think strategically (sales funnels + automation logic)

Strong attention to detail and testing mindset

Excellent English communication skills

Experience building SaaS-style snapshots

Familiar with local service businesses (home services, salons, medical, etc.)

Experience white-labeling GHL for clients

Knowledge of lead tracking, attribution & follow-up optimization

Familiar with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or inbound lead funnels
