We are looking for a high-energy, multi-talented Real Estate Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is equally comfortable picking up the phone to hunt for leads as they are creating beautiful content for Instagram or managing a complex closing calendar. You will be the "engine" of our business, ensuring no lead is missed, and our brand stays top-of-mind.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Inside Sales (ISA)
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct daily cold calling to identify potential sellers and buyers for dual states (Virginia and South Carolina).
Lead Qualification: Respond to inbound leads from
CRM Mastery: Maintain 100?ta integrity in our CRM, logging all calls, detailed notes, and follow-up tasks.
2. Content Creation & Social Media
Creative Strategy: Design and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories for
Audience Engagement: Proactively respond to DMs and comments to build relationships and engage new clients.
3. Logistics & Calendar Management
Showing Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling property showings with sellers and other agents.
Calendar Management: Keep the team’s schedule organized, ensuring all appointments, inspections, and closings are confirmed and tracked.
Required Skills:
Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate VA or ISA.
Communication: Exceptional verbal English for cold calling and professional written English for social media and client
Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRMs, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
$7 base salary + bonuses for every qualified appointment set!
