JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an Operations Manager
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Operations Manager to ensure our programs, events, and internal operations run seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys turning big ideas into actionable systems, and wants to contribute to a mission-driven, rapidly scaling organization. You’ll be joining a physician-led coaching and education company that empowers doctors to build profitable businesses and thrive as entrepreneurs.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the full client journey: onboarding, renewals, and offboarding.
Manage and resolve customer service inquiries to ensure an excellent client experience.
Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, including vendor management and team roles.
Maintain the company master calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
Update and track weekly KPI dashboards with accurate data.
Work with the bookkeeper on monthly reconciliations and financial reporting.
Document and improve SOPs while implementing systems and automations to increase efficiency.
Identify operational gaps and proactively recommend solutions.

Qualifications:
3 years of experience in operations management (preferably in coaching, education, or online business).
Proficiency with Go High Level or Kajabi is a MUST
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and financially literate.
Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST.

Requirements:
Minimum PC/Laptop processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent.
RAM: 8 GB or more.
Noise-canceling headset with clear microphone.
Reliable internet (minimum 5Mbps) with internet backup
