We’re hiring a Recruiter Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to work with our Marketing Team, Team Leader, and Productivity Coach. Your role is to call licensed real estate agents, start conversations, and set qualified appointments.
This is a performance-driven role with base pay + strong bonuses for appointments held and agents signed.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to licensed real estate agents (cold + warm lists provided)
Qualify agents and set appointments with our Team Leader or Productivity Coach
Confirm appointments and minimize no-shows
Update CRM with accurate notes and outcomes
Coordinate with marketing to improve scripts and messaging
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Excellent spoken English with a minimal or neutral accent
Clear, confident phone presence (this is non-negotiable)
Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, recruiting, or sales
Comfortable handling objections and rejection
Organized, reliable, and coachable
Able to work US business hours (or significant overlap)
Tools (or equivalent):
Dialer (Aircall, CallTools, Five9, or equivalent)
CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Google Sheets / Docs
Slack / Zoom
Nice to Have
Real estate recruiting or B2B sales experience
Experience setting appointments for coaches or brokers
Understanding of call metrics and KPIs
Compensation (USD)
Base Pay
$400 – $600 USD per month
Based on experience and communication skills
Full-time, long-term role
Performance Bonuses
Appointment Held Bonus
$5 – $50 USD per appointment held
Appointment must be attended and completed
Agent Signed Bonus
$50 – $250 USD per agent signed
Paid once agent officially joins and completes onboarding
High performers can realistically earn $1,200 – $3,000+/month.
Performance Expectations
80–120 calls per day
5–10 qualified appointments per week after ramp-up
Accurate CRM updates and follow-through
