JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to support our outreach and booking efforts within the music industry. The ideal candidate has prior appointment-setting experience, understands call flows, and is comfortable working with SaaS tools and CRM systems.

Compensation
Base Pay: $5/hour
Incentives: Monthly performance-based incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct outbound calls, follow-ups, and outreach to potential leads
Book qualified appointments for the sales/management team
Follow established call flows and scripts
Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM/SaaS tools
Communicate professionally with music industry professionals
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly booking targets

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter (preferred)
Familiarity with call flows and structured outreach processes
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable working remotely
Reliable internet and calling setup

NICE-TO-HAVE (STRONG ADVANTAGES)
Music industry familiarity or experience
Existing network in the music industry
SaaS experience (CRM, dialers, scheduling tools)
Background in sales, lead generation, or cold calling
