We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for visual storytelling to help assemble short-form video assets.
This role is about understanding how clips flow together — pacing, continuity, emotional progression, and why one visual belongs next to another. The work involves selecting and assembling visuals so the story feels cohesive, not random.
You don’t need to be an expert editor, but you do need good visual taste. If you can tell when clips feel disconnected, awkward, or out of rhythm — and know how to fix it — you’ll do well here.
This role is for you if you:
• Think in sequences, not single clips
• Understand setup ? payoff
• Care about pacing, rhythm, and flow
• Can explain why something feels off visually
