Position Overview
The Project & Customer Support Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and clients receive prompt, professional communication. This role is highly detail-oriented and client-facing, requiring strong organizational skills and confidence communicating via phone,
Key Responsibilities
-Send completed project deliverables to clients before 12:00 PM daily
-Perform quality control checks on all deliverables prior to delivery
-Communicate required revisions or corrections with the editing team
-Send project completion
-Conduct a courtesy follow-up phone call with clients at 1:00 PM to confirm file receipt
-Schedule projects using the company’s automated booking system
-Book projects manually via phone,
-Manage the support
-Respond to all inbound client messages within one hour
-Maintain accurate project status tracking and communication logs
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
-Exceptional attention to detail (“detail-obsessed” mindset)
-Fluent and professional English written and verbal communication
-Confident speaking with clients on the phone
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Reliable internet connection and ability to work full-time during CST hours
