## Executive Assistant VA (Real Estate) | Follow Up Boss + Transaction Support | $4–$8/hr
Hi! We’re a growing real estate business looking for a reliable **Executive Assistant Virtual Assistant** to help keep our day-to-day operations organized, deadlines handled, and communication moving smoothly. If you have **BPO experience** and you’re comfortable working with CRMs, checklists, and task management, you’ll fit in well here.
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, **9:00 AM–5:00 PM Central (USA)**
**Rate:** **$4–$8 per hour** (based on experience and skill)
**Tools:** **Follow Up Boss**, **TC Tools**, **Canva** (plus Google Workspace)

### What You’ll Do
* Manage the executive’s calendar, reminders, and daily priorities
* Keep tasks organized, tracked, and completed on time
* Support CRM work in **Follow Up Boss** (data updates, notes, follow-ups, pipeline cleanup)
* Assist with transaction coordination using **TC Tools** (documents, checklists, deadlines)
* Draft and format simple client-facing messages and follow-up templates
* Create and edit basic marketing materials in **Canva** (flyers, social posts, simple graphics)
* Coordinate with vendors/partners and keep conversations moving
* Handle admin support tasks as needed (reports, file organization, data entry)

### What We’re Looking For
* **Prior BPO experience** (voice/non-voice/customer support/admin support)
* Strong English communication (written and spoken)
* Highly organized and detail-focused (you catch mistakes before they become problems)
* Comfortable following SOPs and improving systems over time
* Confident using CRMs and learning new tools quickly
* Proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told what to do next

* Real estate support experience (agents, teams, brokerages, investors)
* Transaction coordination experience
* Experience with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive) and task tools (Trello/ClickUp/Asana)
