JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview
We are a US-based creative services company looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead our Graphic Design and Video Creative teams full-time.

This role is for senior-level professionals with real-world experience directing creative teams, overseeing production workflows, and ensuring high-quality output across multiple client projects. You should be confident leading creatives, setting standards, and owning projects from brief to final delivery in a structured remote environment.

This is a long-term, full-time role for someone who values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Work Focus
Primary: Creative Direction & Team Leadership
Secondary (As Needed): Hands-on design or video editing support

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Direction & Leadership
- Set creative direction and quality standards for graphic design and video projects
- Lead and oversee Graphic Designers and Video Creatives
- Ensure all creative output aligns with client goals, brand guidelines, and briefs
- Review deliverables for visual quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Provide clear, actionable creative feedback and direction
- Approve final outputs before delivery to clients
- Production Oversight & Workflow Management
- Oversee end-to-end creative workflows across multiple projects
- Translate client requests and briefs into clear creative direction and priorities
- Assign work, set deadlines, and manage creative capacity
- Monitor progress and proactively resolve blockers or delays
- Manage revisions, feedback cycles, and approvals efficiently
- Maintain organized project boards, documentation, and creative assets
- Improve and enforce SOPs, templates, and production workflows

Hands-On Creative Support (As Needed)
- Step in to support graphic design tasks during high-volume periods
- Assist with basic video editing, revisions, or creative adjustments when required
- Support the team directly to keep projects on track and deadlines met

Required Experience (Senior-Level Only)
- Experience in creative leadership or creative direction within a creative agency or digital team is a must
- Proven experience leading designers and video editors
- Strong understanding of graphic design and video production workflows
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to make confident decisions
- Execution-focused mindset with high attention to detail
?? This role is not suitable for junior creatives or entry-level managers.

Required Tools & Knowledge
You should be comfortable with:
- Project management tools to track tasks, timelines, and creative workflows
- Adobe Creative Cloud for reviewing and assisting with creative work
- Slack, Loom, and Google Workspace for daily communication and collaboration
- Familiarity with CapCut is a plus
- Communication & Work Style
- We value clarity, execution, and reliability over perfect English. You should be able to:
- Clearly communicate creative direction, priorities, and deadlines
- Understand creative briefs and ensure accurate execution
- Give direct, actionable feedback that improves output
- Communicate updates and issues via Slack or Loom
- Work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

Work Conditions
Location: 100% Remote
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), aligned with US business hours
Employment Type: Long-term, permanent (not freelance or per-project)
