Elite Luxury Homes is a Los Angeles-based luxury rental company offering high-end vacation estates and concierge-level service to a private clientele of celebrities, executives, and high-net-worth individuals. We also operate two sister brands: Eve & Roque, which provides premium event and production locations, and Roam & Reset, a boutique wellness retreat brand. Together, these brands deliver a cohesive experience rooted in hospitality, design, and elevated living.

You will work directly with the Marketing Director across a range of content and branding initiatives. The right candidate will be thoughtful, resourceful, and capable of producing clean, effective work without needing constant direction.
What You’ll Do
Email
- Write and format
- Build segmented lists, apply tagging logic, and help map out campaign flows
- Support
- Maintain consistency in formatting, tone, and structure across all three brands
Content & Writing
- Write blog articles, landing pages, and brand-aligned long-form copy
- Edit and refine drafts for clarity, tone, grammar, and SEO
- Keep brand voice consistent across all platforms
- Research content topics and help plan ongoing editorial calendars
Social Media & Scheduling
- Draft and schedule posts for Instagram,
- Repurpose content for multiple platforms while keeping tone and message appropriate
- Use Canva to design supporting visuals using existing templates and brand guidelines
Marketing Support & Collateral
- Create branded decks, one-pagers, and sales materials in Canva
- Help maintain asset libraries and organize marketing files
- Assist with marketing projects and admin tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required
- At least 3 years of experience in
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and structure for different audiences
- Proficiency in ActiveCampaign or a similar
- Experience creating content for service-based businesses, hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Confident in Canva and Google Workspace
- Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Experience in hospitality, luxury travel, or real estate
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research
- Basic understanding of content funnels or ad-driven customer journeys
- Light experience with platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace
- Comfortable reviewing campaign performance and drawing insights
