Job Description: Social Media & Marketing Assistant (Remote – Philippines)
Part time – 25hrs/week; M-Friday (10am – 3pm EST)
About Us
We are a growing property management company dedicated to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants. We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our team remotely from the Philippines.
Role Overview
The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will support our property marketing efforts by creating and managing online content and helping to promote our rental properties and brand across digital platforms. They will primarily assist in creating and updating property listings to ensure accurate, appealing information on our rental homes (think real estate property ads) that is shared with prospective tenants.
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps)
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in marketing or property management is a plus but not required
• Our preference is that someone is familiar with the Real Estate Industry and ideally Property Management

• Remote position based in the Philippines
