JOB TITLE:
E-commerce Virtual Assistant –
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant for long-term remote work in e-commerce.
Your main responsibility is to create and manage product listings and handle Amazon customer service tasks.
MAIN TASKS:
- Add new products to
- Add new products to Amazon
- Improve and optimize existing Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions)
- Answer Amazon customer questions (customer service) using predefined templates
- Research products based on EAN codes and supplier websites
- Work with Excel / Google Sheets
- Follow strict instructions and content guidelines
PRODUCT WORKFLOW:
You will usually receive only:
- An EAN code (barcode)
- Sometimes a brand name or supplier link
Based on the EAN, you must:
- Research the product on the supplier’s website or reliable sources
- Collect correct product information (material, dimensions, usage, etc.)
- Create a complete product listing
DUTCH CONTENT:
Dutch product content is required for
You do NOT need to speak Dutch fluently.
You may use AI for translation en content creation, but you must strictly follow the provided structure
AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Answer customer questions in Amazon Seller Central
- Use predefined response templates
- Translate messages (Dutch / English) when needed
- Escalate issues when necessary
PLATFORMS:
