JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for full-time Insurance Virtual Assistants to support US based agencies. We are filling multiple openings for candidates with personal lines, commercial lines, or combined experience.

Requirements:
• MUST be willing to work full time with no other commitments
• MUST have at least 6 months of VA experience supporting a US based client
• MUST have insurance experience in personal lines and or commercial lines
• MUST have hands on experience or strong familiarity with EZLynx, Applied Epic, and or Agency Zoom
• MUST have own laptop or desktop with reliable internet, headset, and web camera
• Can work Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm US time

Qualifications and Skill Sets:
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable handling policy servicing tasks such as quoting, renewals, endorsements, and documentation
• Willing to communicate with carriers and follow agency procedures
