We’re looking for someone who really understands social media.
Not someone who just posts content — someone who can analyze what’s working, what’s not, and why, then turn that into clear direction we can execute on.
What you’ll be doing:
- Analyzing the social media landscape across different niches
- Spotting patterns in what performs vs what doesn’t (hooks, formats, angles, edits, pacing, etc.)
- Applying what’s working generally to individual client niches
- Creating clear, sharp presentations breaking down:
What’s working
What’s not
What we should do next
- Helping shape content direction before execution (not just after)
This role is for you if:
- You genuinely understand short-form content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts,
- You’re analytical but also practical — you don’t overthink, you implement
- You can explain insights clearly in slides or docs
- You stay up to date with trends, formats, and platform shifts
