About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound real estate leads. The ISA plays a critical role in converting leads into appointments by qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our licensed agents.
This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives on follow-up, and is driven by goals and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound leads (calls, texts,
Make outbound calls to new and existing leads daily
Qualify buyer and seller leads based on motivation, timeline, and readiness
Nurture long-term leads through consistent follow-up and relationship building
Set and confirm appointments for licensed real estate agents
Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM
Follow established scripts while adapting to natural conversation flow
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call, contact, and appointment goals
Collaborate closely with agents and leadership to improve conversion rates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Excellent follow-up and time management abilities
Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and resilience
Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Preferred
2+ Years previous experience in real estate, sales, call centers, or customer service
Familiarity with real estate CRMs Follow Up Boss
