JOB OVERVIEW

Role Summary
We are hiring an Affiliate Manager (Manager level) to manage and grow our UK TikTok creator network across fashion & lifestyle brands (including women’s and men’s products). You will handle creator communication, weekly creator meetings, product selection support, and performance tracking to drive GMV growth.

English must be very good. Must have the experience in TikTok creators management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with UK TikTok creators (female and male creators): weekly check-ins/meetings and daily communication.

Help creators grow GMV, including:

Recommending high-potential products and content angles

Supporting posting consistency and performance improvement

Sharing campaign updates, commission changes, and key product priorities

Support product selection across women’s + men’s fashion and related lifestyle categories based on conversion potential, demand, and trend signals.

Track and report creator performance and growth metrics (GMV, video volume, CTR, CVR, sample-to-post rate, top products/creators).

Maintain creator tracking sheets/CRM and ensure data accuracy with weekly updates.

Coordinate internally with operations/content teams to ensure creators receive the right links, commissions, assets, and support.

Identify problems early (low posting, low GMV, product mismatch) and propose actionable solutions.

Build and execute a structured weekly creator growth plan.

Requirements

Fluent English (written + spoken) — confident hosting meetings and communicating professionally with UK creators.

Strong interest in fashion & lifestyle (women’s and men’s trends, styling, product positioning).

Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience, preferably TikTok Shop;

Strong product sense: can evaluate products and select “winners” using both data and market understanding.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and stakeholder management.

Organized, data-driven, and consistent with follow-ups and reporting.

Nice to Have

Experience managing creators/affiliates/KOLs/MCNs.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop affiliate links, commission strategy, and campaign operations.

Working Hours

Remote role (Philippines preferred).

6–8 hours/day, with flexibility during the onboarding period.

Compensation

Hourly pay + bonus opportunities based on performance up to $250-$500

Salary review after 6 months based on KPI achievement.
