About the Role

We are a growing group of businesses seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Developer to work closely with the owner and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and maintaining websites, problem-solving across multiple projects, and is excited about learning and implementing emerging technologies—particularly AI integrations and workflow automation.

This is a long-term opportunity to grow alongside our businesses and expand your skill set beyond traditional web development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build, update, and maintain multiple business websites
- Ensure websites are secure, responsive, and optimised for performance and SEO
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement improvements
- Collaborate on new website features, landing pages, and digital tools
- Assist with integrating AI tools into websites and internal workflows
- Help design and implement automated processes to improve business efficiency
- Stay up to date with web technologies, AI tools, and best practices

Skills & Experience:

Required:
- Experience with web development (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress or similar CMS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Clear communication and willingness to collaborate

Desirable (but not required):
- Experience with backend development, APIs, or cloud services
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow systems
- Experience with SEO, performance optimisation, or analytics
