Role Overview

We are looking for a WordPress Web Developer to build, customize, and maintain high-performance websites for IndexLL ---------- and its clients.
You will work on SEO/GEO-optimized websites, custom templates, landing pages, and performance improvements — not just installing themes.

Responsibilities
• Develop and customize WordPress themes and templates
• Build SEO- and GEO-friendly site structures
• Implement clean, lightweight page layouts (custom blocks, templates, or builders)
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile UX
• Integrate forms, CRMs, analytics, and tracking tools
• Maintain and update existing WordPress websites
• Ensure security, backups, and stability
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams on technical SEO
• Implement schema markup and structured data

Requirements
• Proven experience with WordPress development
• Strong knowledge of:
• PHP
• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript
• Experience with custom themes or child themes
• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar)
• Understanding of:
• Technical SEO
• Page speed optimization
• Responsive design
• Ability to translate Figma or design mockups into WordPress
• Fluent English (written)

Nice to Have
• Experience with B2B SaaS websites
• Knowledge of GEO / AI search optimization
• Experience with Tailwind, Webpack, or modern frontend stacks
• Experience building multi-language sites
• Experience with headless WordPress
