About the Role
We are hiring a Growth & Marketing Strategist to lead organic growth, outreach, content execution, and community engagement.
This role combines strategy and hands-on execution.
You will research the market, create content, start conversations, and build relationships that convert attention into qualified leads.
This is not a passive posting role.
This is a hands-on growth role with ownership.
Core Responsibilities
Demand Creation & Outreach (Primary)
Proactively engage with target audiences through:
Facebook
LinkedIn
Direct messages, comments, and replies
Start and manage real conversations with prospects
Build and maintain prospect lists
Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships
Content Strategy & Execution
Research what the target market wants to know, see, and understand
Create and publish content across social platforms and the website
Ensure content supports:
Outreach
Conversations
Lead generation
Repurpose insights from conversations into posts,
Content is a tool for growth, not the end goal
Community & Relationship Building
Build and grow engaged online communities
Participate consistently in discussions and conversations
Develop relationships with aligned professionals and groups
Help position the brand as a trusted authority
Strategy, Testing & Optimization
Develop outreach scripts and content themes
Test messaging, positioning, and offers
Identify objections, patterns, and opportunities
Make recommendations to improve engagement and conversion
Tracking & Reporting
Track outreach activity, content performance, and lead flow
Report weekly on:
Conversations started
Engagement quality
Leads generated
What is working and what is not
Required Experience & Skills
Experience in organic growth, digital marketing, or lead generation
Comfortable with both content creation and direct outreach
Strong written English and communication skills
Ability to research markets and think strategically
Experience with:
Social platforms
Community engagement and outreach
Basic tracking tools (Google Sheets, CRM)

Full-time (40 hours per week)
Remote
Must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time
Long-term role (not short-term or freelance)
Compensation
$800 – $1,200 USD per month, based on experience
