Job Overview

Vex is an Australian based growth and marketing agency working with construction, engineering, and real estate businesses across Australia.

We are looking for a professional B2B cold caller to handle outbound calls to architects, engineers, and related professionals nationwide.

This role is focused on outbound calling only. The objective is to introduce Vex, qualify interest, and book or pass through warm conversations.

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to architects and engineers across Australia
Introduce Vex in a clear and professional manner
Follow provided call scripts and talking points
Qualify interest and identify decision makers
Book meetings or flag warm leads for follow up
Accurately log call outcomes and notes
Handle basic objections calmly and professionally

This role is not aggressive selling.

Call Style Required

Confident and respectful
Professional and conversational
Calm tone suitable for Australian businesses
Clear English with a neutral accent

Requirements

Previous experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting
Strong spoken English
Comfortable speaking with professionals and business owners
Ability to follow scripts and feedback
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
