We are looking for a results-driven Online Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital marketing efforts in our health profession (physiotherapy, optometry, podiatry, exercise physiology). This role focuses on paid advertising
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising
-Plan, create, manage, and optimize
-Monitor budgets, performance, and ROI across campaigns
-Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
-Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reports
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
-Perform keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices
-Optimize website content, metadata, and site structure
-Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
-Collaborate on content strategies to improve organic visibility
Website Support & Optimization
-Manage and update website content (landing pages, blogs, product pages, etc.)
-Ensure website performance, usability, and conversion optimization
-Coordinate with developers/designers for technical updates and improvements
-Track website analytics and user behavior
Reporting & Strategy
-Prepare regular performance reports for campaigns and website traffic
-Identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements
-Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
-Proven experience in online/digital marketing
-Hands-on experience with
-Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
-Basic website management experience
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
