JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring: Social Editor (Remote | Team Role)

Jemini Creative is a U.S.-based, social-first creative production company. We’re looking for a Social Editor o support the creation of social media content including posts, carousels, and video edits, plus additional creative tasks like email templates, social platform automations, and more for our brand and client accounts.

This is a long-term, team role, not a short-term freelance gig. You will work closely with the founders to help establish and maintain consistent social content across platforms.

What You’ll Do
• Edit and format social media posts across platforms
• Design and update carousel posts (education, promo, culture)
• Edit vertical short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Support YouTube vlog-style edits as needed
• Apply existing templates while helping create new ones
• Organize content files and assets in google drive and notion
Strategy, posting, and final approvals are handled by the founders

What We’re Looking For
• Strong social-first editor with design awareness
• Comfortable in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and video editing software: premiere, after effects, edits, capcut, da vinci pro
• Experience editing both static and video social content
• Understands pacing, layout, and visual consistency
• Good English communication skills
• Open to feedback and collaboration
• Aware of American/International content editing style trends
• Interested in being part of a long-term creative team
• Plus if you know how to edit vertical microdramas and cinematic short films

Schedule & Pay
• Part ---------- -time
• Flexible schedule (some overlap with U.S. time preferred)
• Starting budget: $500–$800 USD per month
• Opportunity for increased pay or expanded role as workload grows
