JOB OVERVIEW

Remote AI Automation Engineer / n8n Specialist (Long-term collaboration)
About Us

We are a quality-driven AI Automation Agency working on real, production-level systems for businesses
Our work focuses on building reliable, scalable automation systems that actually replace manual work and survive real business usage.

We care deeply about:clean logic,predictable behavior,long-term maintainability
If you enjoy building serious automation systems, not just “connect two APIs and call it done”, you’ll fit in well.

What You’ll Be Working On
You will help us build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows, including but not limited to:
n8n workflows (core platform)
AI-driven processes (LLMs, structured outputs, prompt-based logic)
API integrations (REST, Webhooks, OAuth, tokens, pagination, retries)
Business logic automation (invoices, reminders, reports, CRM-like flows)
Data pipelines (Google Sheets, Excel, Supabase, databases)
PDF / document generation (reports, invoices, summaries)

WhatsApp / Email / Notification automations
Error handling, edge-case handling, and workflow resilience
Most projects are real client systems, not experiments.

Typical Tasks
You may be asked to:
Design or improve n8n workflows with clear logic and structure
Write JavaScript / TypeScript inside n8n Code nodes
Refactor messy workflows into clean, readable ones
Work with AI outputs (JSON schemas, parsers, structured responses)

Required Skills (Must-Have)
Strong experience with n8n
Solid JavaScript knowledge (arrays, objects, async logic)
Comfortable working with APIs (REST, headers, auth, pagination)
Able to debug workflows logically, step by step
Understand data structures (JSON, tables, mappings)
Can read requirements carefully and ask the right questions

Big Plus (Nice-to-Have)
Experience with AI / LLM integrations
Supabase / PostgreSQL / databases
Google Sheets automation at scale
PDF / report generation workflows
Webhooks, retries, error-handling strategies
Experience maintaining long-running automation systems

Screening (Quality Filter)
To keep quality high, shortlisted candidates may be asked to:
review an existing n8n workflow
fix a small logic issue
or explain how they would design a workflow (no unpaid full builds)

How to Apply
Please include:
Your experience with n8n
Examples of automation workflows you’ve built
Tools / platforms you’ve integrated before
Why you care about quality, not just speed
