We are seeking a high-performing Virtual Assistant with experience in Shopify store development, ecommerce management, and digital marketing operations. You’ll play a critical role in launching, optimizing, and scaling our brand Savoreux — a premium wine accessory line focused on sophistication, utility, and lifestyle appeal.
This is a remote, part-time-to-full-time role with opportunities for long-term growth and leadership within our ecommerce division.

????? Core Responsibilities
???? Shopify Website Design & Management
• Build and maintain our Shopify storefront using premium, high-converting themes (like Prestige, Impulse, or Dawn)
• Customize pages including: Home, Product Pages, About Us, FAQ, Blog, Contact, and Checkout
• Integrate all brand assets (logos, fonts, colors, product images, videos, brand voice copy, etc.)
• Ensure responsive, mobile-first design and fast load times
• Update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and variants
• Maintain compliance with ADA, GDPR, and accessibility standards
???? Product Launch Execution
• Upload all products with optimized SEO titles, meta descriptions, and alt text
• Coordinate bundles, upsells, and gift edition listings
• Create landing pages for special offers, launches, or seasonal campaigns
• Monitor inventory levels and sync with fulfillment software (if applicable)
???? App Integrations & Automation
• Setup key Shopify apps (Klaviyo, ReConvert,
• Manage integration with CRM/email marketing and flows
• Implement upsell/downsell funnels, post-purchase offers, and abandoned cart recovery
• Connect analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar)
???? Analytics & Conversion Optimization
• Track sales performance, heatmaps, and behavior reports
• A/B test CTAs, hero sections, pricing models, and product pages
• Identify drop-off points and recommend UX/CRO improvements
• Monitor and report key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, etc.)
???? Sales Funnels & Marketing Support
• Build opt-in pages,
• Create limited-time offer countdowns and special event landing pages
• Assist in managing
• Coordinate with marketing team on Meta/TikTok ad creatives and landing page alignment
???? Customer Experience Optimization
• Help maintain FAQ and Chatbot flows using apps like Gorgias or Tidio
• Implement user reviews/testimonials and social proof widgets
• Support marketplace listings (Amazon, Etsy, etc.) if/when expanded

???? Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years building and managing Shopify websites
• Strong understanding of ecommerce UX/UI and mobile optimization
• Proficiency in Shopify themes, Liquid edits, and apps
• Experience with Klaviyo, Canva, Meta Ads, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics
• SEO knowledge for product titles, collections, and blog content
• Clear written communication and project management ability
• Familiarity with wine industry or lifestyle CPG brands (preferred)

• Graphic design using Canva or Adobe Suite
• Video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci) for UGC-style reels

• Familiarity with affiliate programs and influencer outreach
