We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Social Media Manager to help us with managing our internal SMM Processes as well as for our clients. This role focuses on content posting, platform management, communication, documentation, and reporting, ensuring consistency and smooth day-to-day operations
Responsibilities
-Content Posting & Platform Management on
-You will handle the day-to-day posting and management of social media content across several client accounts
-Scheduling and publishing posts according to approved content calendars
-Reviewing and adjusting captions for clarity, tone, grammar, and engagement
-Double-checking posts after publishing to ensure everything went live correctly
-Assisting with posting for additional EEMEDIA client accounts as needed
-Client communication through
-Coordinating with designers or editors when changes are required
-Keeping task management tools (such as Airtable or similar) up to date
-Internal Team Communication & Assisting other Tea
Here are a few things that are a must for us:
-Excellent English Written and Speaking Skills
-Moderate Graphic Design Skills (We have a graphic designer that makes templates for us but you are required to modify them as needed)
-Proficiency in Meta and Airtable
This is Part-time role of around 15-20 hours a week with the opportunity for more hours our workload grows in the future.
Starting rate: $7 CAD/hour
