We are building an AI-first marketing engine designed to increase creative output, improve ads performance, and create operational excellence across our content and performance teams. We are looking for a strong operator to help lead and execute this effort.

The Role
This role combines marketing leadership, operational execution, and direct collaboration with the founder. You will work closely with the founder to turn strategy into structured execution, manage the marketing team, and ensure that content and paid media initiatives move forward efficiently and on schedule.

You will be responsible for building systems, documenting processes, and maintaining clear accountability across the team. You must be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Required Experience & Skills
• 5-8+ years experience in eCommerce marketing
• 5-8+ years managing remote teams
• Strong understanding of Paid Ads creation, testing and scaling
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Highly organized digital project management skills
• Advanced daily use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.)
• Experience building SOPs and structured workflows

Compensation and Growth
The base salary range is $2,000–$4,000 per month depending on experience. Performance bonuses will be tied to measurable improvements in marketing output, testing velocity, team performance, and revenue contribution. This is a long-term leadership opportunity within a growing global health brand.
