Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic-minded, high-energy Sales Development Representative based in the Philippines to lead our US market expansion. You will not only make calls but also build our lead engine from scratch, targeting specific industries such as Accounting, IT, CS, and 3D Design.
Key Responsibilities
-Active Prospecting: Research and build targeted lead lists of US companies in need of:
--Accounting (AR/AP) & CPA services
--Customer Support (CS)
0-Managed IT Services
--3D Design & Rendering
-High-Volume Outreach: Conduct professional cold calls using Google Voice and manage personalized
-Documentation & Strategy: Develop and document your own sales strategies and scripts. You must be able to turn your tactics into a company "Sales Playbook."
-KPI Management: Establish and apply KPIs to track and improve your conversion rates (Dials to Meetings, Meetings to Deals).
Requirements
-Flawless English: Native-level fluency with a neutral accent (Essential for US C-level calls).
-Technical Setup: Proficiency in Google Voice and CRM tools.
-Lead Gen Experience: Proven track record of finding and qualifying leads in the US market.
-Strategic Mindset: Ability to document and systematize sales processes.
-US Shift: Availability to work 100% during US business hours (EST/PST).
Compensation & Benefits (High Incentive Structure)
-Base Salary: $600 USD per month (Based on $3.50/hour).
-Closing Incentive: $100 bonus for every successful deal closed.
-Performance Bonus: Extra $300 bonus for every 5 successful deals closed. (Total potential earnings can significantly exceed the base salary based on performance.)
