WE’RE HIRING: CREDIT REPAIR & DISPUTE PROCESSING SPECIALIST (REMOTE)
We are seeking a skilled Credit Repair & Dispute Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is for someone who understands U.S. consumer protection law, advanced dispute strategies, and how to deliver real results for clients.
This is not entry-level credit repair.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax credit reports
• Identify errors, inaccuracies, and compliance violations
• Dispute collections, charge-offs, late payments, bankruptcies, and inquiries
• Draft and send dispute letters using LetterStream or similar platforms
• Execute advanced strategies (data breach deletions, credit sweeps, Metro 2 disputes)
• Freeze and remove data from LexisNexis, Innovis, CoreLogic, SageStream, etc.
• Provide monthly case updates and client communication
Legal Knowledge Required:
• FCRA, FCBA, FDCPA, ECOA, GLBA, FACTA
• 12 CFR 1026.13 – Billing Error Resolution
• 15 USC §1635 – Right of Rescission
• Metro 2 Credit Reporting Standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of credit repair / dispute processing experience
• Familiarity with Credit Repair Cloud, Dispute Panda, or DisputeFox
• Strong written communication skills
• Reliable computer and internet
• High attention to detail and organization
Preferred (Not Required):
• CFPB complaint filing experience
• Legal writing ability
• Knowledge of case law related to credit reporting violations
Compensation:
???? $3–$4 USD per hour (based on experience)
