JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-scaling agency with ~100 active clients on a path to $1M/mo. We need a SAVAGE tech team lead to own our entire backend infrastructure and drive automation across the company.

What You'll Own
• GoHighLevel - master snapshot and all sub-accounts
• n8n - all automations
• Supabase - primary backend database
• AI Agents - agentic workflows (Claude, Hermes Agents, etc.)

What You'll Do
• Build and manage complex n8n automations and AI integrations
• Own the entire GHL ecosystem - snapshots, sub-accounts, troubleshooting
• Ensure 80% of clients launch within 14 days of payment
• Maintain 99% uptime across all systems and automations
• Resolve tech escalations and eliminate recurring fires
• Create SOPs and documentation for repeatable processes
• Drive innovation to progressively automate the entire operation

What We Expect
• NO client churns due to a tech/systems issue
• 80% of tech tickets completed on time without escalation
• 4+ new automations implemented per month
• 2+ major AI or process improvements per month
