JOB OVERVIEW

Read this first (non-negotiable)

This role is not for general GHL users, funnel builders, VAs, or people who “can learn ROYA”.

If you have not personally worked with Dan Wardrope’s ROYA snapshots, do not apply.

If you have only:

built your own snapshots

used basic GHL workflows

watched ROYA videos but not implemented them

This role is not for you.

What this role actually is

We are running ROYA-based GoHighLevel systems (Prince Charming / DBR-style flows).

We need an experienced automation operator, not a builder or trainee, who can:

Work confidently inside existing ROYA snapshots

Understand ROYA logic without explanation

Diagnose why DBR / SMS / WhatsApp / follow-ups are misfiring

Harden STOP / DND logic so it is production-safe

Prevent duplicate firing, loops, and re-entry issues

Keep systems reliable when juniors are operating them

This is backend operations, not creative building.

Mandatory experience (must have ALL of these)

You must have:

Hands-on experience operating Dan Wardrope’s ROYA snapshots

Real usage of:

DBR / Prince Charming–style flows

ROYA tagging logic

ROYA workflow sequencing

Experience fixing or maintaining ROYA systems that were already live

Confidence working inside messy or inherited ROYA accounts

If you haven’t broken and fixed ROYA systems before, you will not succeed here.

Training requirement (important)

Part of this role is training a junior tea ---------- mber.

You must be able to:

Explain ROYA logic clearly

Walk through snapshots step-by-step on Zoom

Point out what juniors should never touch

Correct mistakes calmly and clearly

If you cannot teach ROYA, do not apply.

What you will NOT be doing

You will not be:

redesigning ROYA logic

renaming workflows for aesthetics

rebuilding snapshots from scratch

experimenting with “better ways”

learning GHL on the job

This is execution and reliability, not exploration.

How we work

Performance-based

Clear tasks

No hand-holding

Systems either work or they don’t

We move fast and cut fast if it’s not a fit.

How to apply (strict)

Start your message with: ROYA

Then answer only these questions:

Which ROYA snapshot(s) have you personally worked with?

What ROYA system issues have you fixed in the past?

Have you trained others on ROYA logic before? (Yes/No + how)

Are you comfortable diagnosing ROYA systems without guidance?

Any application that does not answer these questions will be ignored.

Trial process

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to:

Review an existing ROYA snapshot

Explain how it works

Identify where it could fail

Walk through diagnosis live on Zoom

No theory. No prep. Real systems only.

Final note (read carefully)

If you are:

a strong GHL user but new to ROYA ? don’t apply

confident you can “pick it up quickly” ? don’t apply

looking for training ? don’t apply

If you are already fluent in ROYA and want consistent backend work as we scale client delivery ? apply.
