Job Title: Airbnb Outreach Specialist & Virtual Assistant
Job Type:

Remote / Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Airbnb Outreach Specialist & Virtual Assistant to support our short-term rental business. This role focuses on identifying potential Airbnb property owners, conducting outreach, managing administrative tasks, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Airbnb Outreach & Lead Generation

Research and identify potential Airbnb or short-term rental property owners

Conduct outreach via email, messaging platforms, or CRM tools

Track outreach efforts and follow up with leads

Maintain and update lead databases and spreadsheets

Assist with partnership or co-hosting outreach campaigns

Virtual Assistant & Administrative Support

Manage calendars, inboxes, and basic scheduling

Organize files, documents, and property information

Assist with data entry, research, and reporting

Support listing setup tasks (gathering photos, descriptions, amenities, etc.)

Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers, vendors, or property owners as needed

Platform & Operations Support

Assist with Airbnb listing optimization (titles, descriptions, pricing research)

Monitor messages and help manage guest communication templates

Track performance metrics (occupancy, response rates, bookings)

Support other operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Airbnb support role, or outreach/sales role preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)

Ability to research efficiently and manage multiple tasks

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Familiarity with Airbnb or short-term rentals is a plus

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Skills & Tools (Preferred):

CRM tools or outreach platforms

Spreadsheet management (Google Sheets / Excel)

Email outreach and follow-up systems

Basic knowledge of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.)
