We’re looking for a rare kind of developer.
Not someone who just waits for Jira tickets.
We want a “vibe coder” — a highly collaborative, product-driven engineer who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and enjoys building alongside a founder in real time.
Your first mission will be to architect and build a custom LinkedIn messaging platform — a system that automates, orchestrates, and optimizes LinkedIn outreach and conversations at scale while remaining compliant, secure, and performant.
After that, you’ll stay embedded as our go-to technical partner, helping spin up multiple new applications across growth, automation, analytics, and internal tooling as ideas emerge.
This is not a one-off freelance gig.
This is a long-term build partnership.
If you like rapid prototyping, whiteboarding live, shipping MVPs in days not months, and evolving systems through constant iteration — you’ll fit right in.
What “Vibe Coding” Means Here
Working directly with the founder or core operator in real time
Translating loose ideas into functional systems fast
Asking sharp product questions before writing code
Building prototypes, testing quickly, and refining continuously
Being opinionated but flexible
Prioritizing
Shipping, learning, shipping again
You should be equally comfortable:
Pair-programming on a call
Sketching architecture in Figma or a whiteboard
Refactoring messy MVP code into production systems
Saying “this is the fastest way to get version one live”
Initial Project: LinkedIn Messaging Platform
You will lead development of a custom platform that may include:
LinkedIn messaging automation and orchestration
Conversation routing and inbox management
AI-assisted drafting and reply logic
CRM-style lead tracking and tagging
Analytics dashboards for campaigns and response rates
User roles and permissions
API integrations
Compliance and safety controls
Scalable infrastructure
You’ll be involved in:
Technical architecture decisions
Stack selection
Data models
Frontend UX
Deployment and hosting
Iteration roadmap
Performance and reliability
Ongoing Scope
Beyond the first project, you’ll collaborate on:
New SaaS tools
Internal dashboards
Growth automation systems
Analytics platforms
Workflow engines
AI-powered utilities
Experimental MVPs
This role grows with the ecosystem we build.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications
Partner closely with stakeholders to translate ideas into working software
Own systems end-to-end from MVP through scale
Rapidly prototype new features and tools
Improve performance, security, and reliability over time
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Help establish technical standards without slowing velocity
Provide architectural guidance as new products are conceived
Debug production issues quickly and pragmatically
Think like a founder, not just a coder
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent output)
Strong full-stack skills
Deep experience with modern web frameworks such as:
React, Next.js, Vue, or similar
Backend experience in:
Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Go
