JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced accountant or bookkeeper to clean up our QuickBooks account and then handle ongoing daily bookkeeping. This role starts with a cleanup project and may turn into long-term work.

Responsibilities:

Clean up and organize QuickBooks transactions

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Correct miscategorized entries

Handle daily bookkeeping and transaction entries

Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records

Flag and communicate any issues or discrepancies

Requirements:

Strong experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)

Solid bookkeeping/accounting background

High attention to detail

Reliable and able to work independently

Previous cleanup experience is a plus

Position Type:

Cleanup project + ongoing daily bookkeeping

Part-time or full-time (to be discussed)
