JOB OVERVIEW

**About Us:**
We run a growing Amazon FBA business focused mostly on online arbitrage and some wholesale. We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated sourcing specialist who can find profitable products and help scale our operations.

**Training & Development:**
You will be personally trained by our current experienced sourcing VA who will teach you everything you need to know, including our specific product criteria, sourcing strategies, and systems. This is a structured training program designed to set you up for success.

Selection Process:
The top 3 applicants will be selected for training. After the training period, the best performing candidate will be chosen for the permanent position on our team.

**Your Role:**
You'll be responsible for finding profitable products through online arbitrage and wholesale sourcing, analyzing deals, and managing supplier relationships. This is a critical role that directly impacts our profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Source profitable products using online arbitrage methods (retail websites, clearance sections, daily deals)
- Research and develop wholesale supplier relationships
- Analyze products using tools like Keepa, and SellerAmp
- Verify product profitability, competition, and sales history
- Maintain organized spreadsheets with sourcing data using google sheets
- Monitor existing products for restock opportunities
- Stay updated on Amazon policy changes and restricted brands

**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum 1 year of Amazon OA/wholesale sourcing experience (required)
- Proficient with sourcing tools (Keepa, RevSeller, SellerAmp, Tactical Arbitrage, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Amazon FBA fees, profit calculations, and ROI
- Knowledge of IP complaints, gating, and restricted categories
- Excellent attention to detail and data organization

- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams (our primary communication platform)
- Must be comfortable using Hubstaff time tracking software

**Compensation Structure:**
- **Training Phase:** $1.50/hour for the first month during comprehensive training with a $ bonus if you are selected as the top candidate.
- **Regular Position:** $3.00/hour upon successful completion of training
- We provide performance bonuses as well
- Long-term growth opportunity with our expanding business

**Work Schedule & Time Tracking:**
- Full-time position: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day
- Consistent schedule required
- Communication via Microsoft Teams throughout the workday
- **Time tracking via Hubstaff software (required)** - This software tracks hours worked and takes random screenshots throughout the work day to ensure productivity and accountability
