About the Role

I’m looking for a technically advanced Virtual Assistant / Digital Systems Specialist to support the backend systems, websites, automations, and growth infrastructure across my businesses — primarily a UK-based injectables and aesthetics clinic, alongside other brands.

This role is for someone who enjoys building, optimising, and automating systems, not just completing surface-level tasks. You’ll work closely with me to improve how everything functions behind the scenes — from websites and landing pages to CRMs, automations, AI workflows, and sales funnels.

This is not a basic VA role.
It’s ideal for someone who thinks logically, enjoys problem-solving, and likes making systems faster, cleaner, and more efficient.

The role will start part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as workload and systems expand.

What You’ll Be Doing

Websites & Landing Pages
• Editing and improving WordPress websites
• Building and optimising landing pages
• Working with Elementor or similar page builders
• Improving structure, UX, and conversion flow
• Making ongoing updates, fixes, and improvements

CRM, Funnels & Automations
• Building and managing workflows in GoHighLevel
• Creating automations for:
• Lead capture
• Follow-ups
• Booking flows
• Client tagging and pipelines
• Improving funnel logic and conversion journeys

Automation Platforms
• Building workflows using:
• Zapier
• ----------
• Connecting tools, forms, CRMs, and platforms
• Reducing manual work through smart automation
• Troubleshooting and optimising existing workflows

AI & Prompt Engineering
• Using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) for:
• Content
• Automation logic
• Efficiency and systems support
• Writing and refining prompts
• Helping integrate AI into everyday business processes

Design & Visual Support
• Creating and updating visuals using Canva or similar tools
• Supporting landing pages and funnels with clean design
• Producing digital assets where needed

Technical & Advanced Support
• Working with low-code / no-code tools such as Base44
• Basic coding knowledge preferred (HTML / CSS / JavaScript)
• Understanding APIs and system connections
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Improving system performance, reliability, and scalability

Working Hours
