FUNDING DIVISION — TWO POSITIONS
Funding Sales and Lead Generation Team
(GoHighLevel Required | Not Entry-Level)
We are building a structured, performance-driven Funding Division that helps entrepreneurs improve credit and secure strategic funding.
We are hiring for TWO roles under one team:
Funding Sales Closer (Revenue Role)
Lead Generation & Pipeline Specialist
This is not an entry-level position.
GoHighLevel proficiency is non-negotiable.
If you are disciplined, coachable, and serious about growth — this could be long-term for you.
ROLE 1 — FUNDING SALES CLOSER
(Primary Revenue Role)
This is a high-output, high-accountability sales role.
You will:
Manage conversations inside GoHighLevel Contact Center
Qualify funding prospects
Convert inbound inquiries into appointments or enrollments
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
Minimum 50 offers per day is required.
This role is for people who are comfortable with volume, structured follow-up, and measurable output.
If you perform, you will earn.
If you need constant reminders to follow up, this will not be a good fit.
ROLE 2 — LEAD GENERATION & PIPELINE SPECIALIST
You will build and maintain the top of our funding pipeline.
This includes:
Generating and qualifying leads through outreach and social engagement
Entering and tagging leads correctly in GoHighLevel
Keeping data organized and clean
Supporting the sales team with qualified prospects
Strong organization directly impacts revenue.
Performance Standards
We operate with structure and accountability.
Daily reporting is required
CRM accuracy is required
Output expectations are measurable
Failure to meet standards may result in:
Performance-based compensation adjustments (up to $50 per pay period)
Formal review
Termination of contract
If you are consistent, you will not be micromanaged.
Compensation
Training: $4/hour
30-day performance evaluation
Biweekly pay
Commission based on verified revenue
Weekly performance bonuses
Compensation scales with output and results.
Closers who perform can significantly increase earnings.
