JOB OVERVIEW

We are a social media marketing company that helps content creators monetize their audience through subscription-based communities and direct messaging.

You will be responsible for initiating conversations with leads, building rapport, and converting chats into sales. This role is fully chat-based and requires speed, creativity, and strong persuasion skills. Your results will directly impact your income.

This is performance-based with strong bonuses. If you perform, there is no income limit.

Responsibilities:
•? ?Full concentration & fast response time
•? ?Start and manage high-volume conversations via DM/Chat
•? ?Build trust fast and keep chats engaging
•? ?Convert leads into paying customers consistently (sales per shift)
•? ?Follow scripts, improve based on feedback, and execute daily targets
•? ?Work professionally (confidentiality is mandatory)
•? ?Track basic performance (sales, chat volume, response time)

Requirements:
•? ?High EQ & strong conversational skills
•? ?Fluent level of English (written)
•? ?High-speed internet connection
•? ?Laptop/Computer
•? ?Proactiveness, communication + copywriting skills
•? ?Sales / call center experience is preferred
•? ?BPO experience is a plus
•? ?You must be comfortable with persuasive sales conversations in a creator/fan community environment
