The Role (Read Carefully)
You will be fully responsible for ALTO’s online presence.
This is not a basic posting job.
You will own strategy, content creation, editing, publishing, growth, and performance across all platforms.
If you need constant instructions, this role is not for you.
Your Responsibilities:
-Own and execute ALTO’s entire social media strategy
-Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
-Edit photos (site progress, before/after, branding visuals)
-Write clear, professional English captions
-Understand and communicate carpentry and construction work
-Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently
-Engage with comments and messages professionally
-Maintain clean, premium, consistent branding
-Track performance and improve results over time
-Propose content ideas proactively (projects, progress, authority, trust)
Required Skills (Non-Negotiable)
-Excellent English (written and spoken)
-Strong video editing skills (short-form, mobile-first content)
-Strong photo editing skills
-Extreme attention to detail
-Proven experience managing business social media accounts
-Understanding of construction / carpentry / trades content
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
-Reliable internet, professional setup, and clear communication
