Role Overview
The Ads and Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for creating consistent, trackable, and qualified lead flow. This role owns paid traffic, basic funnel setup, and performance optimization.
This is not a branding role.
This is not a guessing role.
This role exists to produce measurable leads at a predictable cost.
Primary Objective
Generate qualified leads consistently while tracking performance and improving efficiency over time.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage paid ad campaigns
• Test creatives, audiences, and messaging
• Set up and monitor lead forms and landing flows
• Track cost per lead and lead quality
• Optimize campaigns weekly based on data
• Coordinate with content and sales teams
• Provide clear performance reports
• Pause or adjust underperforming ads quickly
Required Skills and Traits
• Data driven decision making
• Attention to metrics and performance
• Ability to test and iterate quickly
• Organized campaign management
• Clear reporting and communication
Preferred Experience
• Experience running paid ads
• Familiarity with Meta or similar platforms
• Experience with basic funnels or lead magnets
• Understanding of CRM tracking
Industry experience helps. Results matter more.
